7. Notices

Ltd. during your registration, or other such addresses specified by relative party. A notice shall be considered as delivered already after twenty four (24) hours since the E-mail is sent out, unless the sender is informed that the relative E-mail address is no longer valid. Or, our corporation can send the notice to the address you provided to Zhejiang Osm Group Deqing Bio-tech Co. Ltd. during registration in the manner of postage prepaid registered mail with requirement of receipt. In this situation, the notice will be considered as delivered after three (3) days since it is posted.

8. Force majeure
Zhejiang Osm Group Deqing Bio-tech Co. Ltd. should not be responsible for you on the suspension or unavailability of the service arising from unavoidable reasons or events including without limitation to natural disasters, strikes or turmoils, material shortage, rational supply, rebellions, war, government, accidents or the failure of telecommunication or other facilities.

9. Transfer
Zhejiang Osm Group Deqing Bio-tech Co. Ltd. can transfer the Agreement without your approval.

10. Other provisions
The Terms of Service constitutes the entire agreement between you and Zhejiang Osm Group Deqing Bio-tech Co. Ltd. and governs your use of the service. The Terms of Service supercedes any prior agreements, oral or written, between you and Zhejiang Osm Group Deqing Bio-tech Co. Ltd. The Terms of Service is governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China without regard to its conflict of the law provisions. In the event any provision of the Terms of Service is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, the parties nevertheless agree that the court should endeavor to give effect to the parties’ intentions as reflected in the provision. In addition, the other provisions of the Terms of Use remain in full force and effect. Any disputes should be carried out in the city of Hangzhou, China. The arbitrary verdicts could be submitted to any courts that have jurisdictions for compulsory enforcement. You or Zhejiang Osm Group Deqing Bio-tech Co. Ltd. could seek any temporary or primary remediation measure including without limitation to property preservation or testimony preservation from a court within Hangzhou with authority of jurisdiction which is needed for protecting the right or property of yours or Zhejiang Osm Group Deqing Bio-tech Co. Ltd. during the procedure of arbitration.
